Littler’s third annual AI Summit, The New Frontier: Legal Strategies for AI Decision-Making, is designed specifically for the C-suite and executives in artificial intelligence, data, hiring, human resources, legal, recruiting, sourcing, and talent.

The future of AI is happening now and the proliferation of AI uses will soon affect almost every aspect of how organizations do business and how employers make decisions. This year’s Littler AI Summit will equip business leaders with strategic insights and guidance to optimize the benefits of AI implementation while minimizing compliance and litigation risks. Our interactive sessions will include deep dives into how C-Suites should approach AI-related decision-making; common themes in federal, state, and local legislation aimed at regulating AI use in the workplace; the global data protection regulations focused on AI; and how employers can mitigate potential claims of AI-driven employment liability.

Corporate leaders need what this Summit delivers: strategies to mitigate risk and empower AI business decisions in an ever-evolving legal landscape.
