(January 3, 2017) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has elevated 24 attorneys to shareholder and principal status, effective January 1, 2017.
“This new class of elevated attorneys has demonstrated exceptional client service, strategic focus and leadership skills,” said Tom Bender and Jeremy Roth, co-managing directors of Littler, in a joint statement. “We are also proud that these individuals represent the diverse culture of Littler, encompassing the array of backgrounds, perspectives and talents it takes to enrich our firm.”
Of the 24 elevated attorneys, nearly 80 percent identify as ethnically diverse, female or LGBTQ. Additionally, six of the new shareholders participated in Littler’s award-winning Career Advocacy Program, which matches high-performing, diverse associates with firm leaders who facilitate mentorship and career development.
