Barbara A. Blackburn represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under federal and state law, including:

  • Wrongful termination
  • Unfair competition
  • Trade secrets
  • Fair employment practices
  • Wage and hour issues

She has experience with all phases of employment litigation, including arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation.

While in law school, Barbara participated in national moot court competitions and served on the Moot Court Board. She also was a teaching assistant for Moot Court and Appellate Advocacy courses. Prior to attending law school, she worked in management for a San Francisco-based non-profit company and for a large national corporation.
