He has completed legal traineeships at Nestlé Deutschland AG, Personal Labor Relations, Noerr Partnergesellschaft mbB, Employment & Pension practice group, Wiesbaden Regional Court, and at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. Maximilian completed the first state examination in law in Jena and the second state examination in Wiesbaden.
