We assist and advise our clients with small to large-scale restructuring processes, addressing employment issues to minimize the risks and comply with the laws and regulations. We work closely with our clients from the planning to the execution and implementation of reductions-in-force, downsizing/layoffs and other reorganizations and restructurings to help ensure they are implemented effectively. We have strong experience assisting with bargaining obligations with unions, and structuring deals to address union-related issues, many of which could be deal-breaking issues.
