Carolina Rojas has experience in labor, commercial, intellectual property law and immigration matters. She has been part of the private labor counseling department since January 2016.
Carolina deepened her knowledge of Costa Rican labor law matters while working for several corporate law firms. There, she gained experience in the incorporation of business entities, corporate due diligence analyses, and commercial and notary proceedings.
She is admitted to the National Notary Board, which allows her to practice as notary in any notarial acts with effect in Costa Rica. Carolina has published several articles in the national newspaper La Nación on law related topics.
