Brittany McCarthy

Brittany McCarthy represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment litigation matters in state and federal court. She is an experienced litigator with an affinity for trial advocacy.   

Prior to joining Littler, Brittany worked as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Nita L. Stormes in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Brittany also spent several years at a national law firm, defending companies in a variety of commercial business litigation matters and gaining trial and litigation experience.  

During law school, she was involved in the San Diego Law Review.
