Sinead Motta counsels and represents clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters. She has experience defending employers in federal courts in single plaintiff cases arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), as well as collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Sinead also handles employment-related claims before state courts and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations. Sinead has experience conducting wage and hour audits, addressing requests for accommodations, and providing employers with preventative counseling in their day to day business operations.

Prior to joining Littler, Sinead represented companies across varied industries at a large full-service litigation law firm. She gained extensive experience litigating a broad range of general liability matters throughout Florida.
