Littler in Mexico

In addition to our offices in Mexico City, Monterrey, and Saltillo, we work with a network of other professionals located throughout the country. With these relationships, we can provide our clients with focused legal services throughout Mexico.

We have extensive experience working with institutions and labor authorities in Mexico on the local, state and federal levels, as well as with international organizations. We focus on providing legal services to clients in the areas of labor consulting, individual labor litigation, collective matters, social security, immigration, and data privacy.

We regularly assist our multinational clients with cross-border operations, preventive measures to avoid litigation, and other labor issues. When litigation arises, we have experienced trial lawyers who have represented clients in a wide range of individual and collective actions. We also negotiate and execute labor agreements, negotiate terminations and conduct audits, and assist employers with their internal operations, from regulations and compliance to implementation of pension plans, employee policies and employment contracts, and labor restructuring that results from mergers and acquisitions.

We pride ourselves on a high level of professionalism and adherence to the rules of ethics, showing the utmost respect for our clients and for the trust that these clients have placed in us to counsel them on their labor and employment needs.
