Our experienced, dynamic and entrepreneurial team (who have all worked in leading City firms or in in-house roles) is recognised as a leader in its field by both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, which comments on the firm as “a true employment specialist providing commercial and pragmatic advice" with “an excellent team with strength and depth in every aspect.”
Our purpose is simple – to resolve difficult people issues wherever in the world they arise, in a way that is right for you. Ultimately, we want to make our clients’ businesses run more smoothly and ensure that their interactions with lawyers are more user-friendly and commercially-focused.
We advise on all aspects of employment law including: complex ER issues, litigation, M&A projects, partnership issues, incentives and tax and immigration. And as a part of Littler, we are able to handle client projects around the globe, offering a single point of contact if that is what you need.
The EU Pay Transparency Directive
The EU has introduced binding and significant measures in respect of pay equity, pay transparency and reporting via the EU Pay Transparency Directive. The Directive came into force on June 7, 2023, and EU countries have until June 7, 2026 to take action to put its requirements into local laws. The Directive introduces a host of new obligations, beyond broad pay reporting requirements, which will intersect with all aspects of an employer’s recruitment and people processes, including remuneration, pay structures and job frameworks.

UK Policy Hub
2025 is set to be another significant year for employment law in the UK, with many employment related bills expected to be introduced. Stay up to date by delving into the policy details, expected timings and developments of the key reforms on our Labour Government Policy Hub. We continue to monitor and update the hub accordingly.
