Los Angeles, CA (March 30, 2010) - Littler Mendelson, P.C. (Littler), the nation's largest employment and labor law firm representing management, announced today the addition of Robert Conti to its growing Orange County office.
Conti brings to Littler a successful record of representing employers before state, federal and appellate courts, and before administrative agencies. His extensive experience includes defending management in wrongful termination, harassment and discrimination claims, wage and hour claims and class action lawsuits. His particular focus includes disability discrimination claims arising out of industrial injuries.
Conti also provides employment counsel to a broad range of public sector clients, including several high-profile colleges and universities. Conti is a frequent lecturer on employment-related topics and regularly provides educational training, including sexual harassment training, to his clients.

He began his career with a clerkship at the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and is a member of the State Bar of California. Prior to joining Littler, he was a partner at Goldman, Magdalin & Krikes. He received his J.D. from Loyola School of Law and his B.A. in Journalism from University of Southern California.
