Coming to Littler from Jackson Lewis, Lopez has been practicing immigration law for more than 20 years. He is board certified in immigration and nationality law, and is past vice-chair of the Florida Bar's Certification Committee. He has advised numerous multi-national companies in meeting their workforce needs around the world.

Lopez concentrates his practice in corporate immigration, assisting corporations in processing visa petitions from temporary and permanent to corporate and individual. He has represented institutions in healthcare, technology, education, finance and manufacturing on matters related to immigration.
Lopez received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami in 1985 and a bachelor of science degree in accounting from New York University. Born in La Habana, Cuba, Lopez is fluent in Spanish.
