The Firm, which now has 49 offices nationwide, is also pleased to introduce Susan Sears as the new Lexington managing shareholder.
Susan Sears brings more than 15 years of experience to Littler, representing employers in employment litigation in both state and federal courts. Sears also counsels employers on an extensive range of labor, employment and human resource issues, including hiring, discipline, discharge, medical leave, wage & hour, disability accommodations, workplace harassment and other employee investigations, and the development of personnel policies and procedures.
Susan has been recognized in the Best Lawyers in America® for labor and employment defense work for 2009 and 2010.

Prior to joining Littler, Sears was a partner in the Lexington Office of Dinsmore & Shohl. Susan has also served as an administrative hearing officer for the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government Human Rights Commission. She received her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law, her M.A. from the University of Kentucky, and her B.A. from Eastern Kentucky University.
