An attorney in Littler’s Knowledge Management Department, Shannon Creasy focuses on the strategic direction of the firm’s internal use of generative AI. She also works closely with the firm’s practice groups to create and manage legal resources and processes to capture and leverage Littler’s collective knowledge and experience to help optimize attorney efficiency and enhance strategic representation of Littler’s clients.

Prior to joining Knowledge Management, Shannon was a shareholder in Littler’s Atlanta office, where she advised and represented employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation and investigations relating to federal and state wage and hour laws, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, pay equity, unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets.

In a partnership with the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN), Shannon provided pro bono representation to a victim of human trafficking in an immigration matter. In law school, she served as an associate editor for the Georgia State University Law Review and she worked as an intern with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), where she researched and evaluated employment discrimination claims.
