Jeremy E. Miller has wide-ranging experience counseling and representing employers in employment law matters including wage and hour, workplace compliance, employee discipline, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, labor relations, and federal and state discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Jeremy understands that efficient and effective representation begins before a complaint arises, so he routinely counsels clients on HR management needs, including ensuring compliance with applicable wage and hour, labor relations, and discrimination laws. He regularly helps employers conduct investigations, respond to charges, and navigate administrative proceedings. He also passionately represents his clients’ interests in labor or employment-related litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Before joining Littler, Jeremy was an attorney in the labor and employment practice group of a full-service Chicago law firm.
Jeremy attended Washington University School of Law where he received an award for excellence in oral advocacy and served as senior staff editor of Law Review and community outreach chair of the Black Law Students Association. Prior to law school, he worked in management for a large corporation before spending months volunteering in Peru teaching music to children and teens.
