William Kang focuses his practice exclusively on labor and employment law. He has been responsible for cases from inception through trial, including drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to motions, handling all aspects of discovery and mediating cases. He concentrates on the following:
- Federal and state wage and hour class and collective actions
- Discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases
- Contract, trade secret and restrictive covenant matters
- Preventive advice and counseling
Prior to joining Littler, William was an associate at a national labor and employment law firm for several years. William was also an associate in both the litigation and the employment law practice groups at a firm in Long Island, New York, where he handled wage claims and advised clients on various employment issues, including WARN Act compliance and workplace accommodation. William was previously a commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation associate at a firm in New York City.
