New Additions Follow Arrival of Three Partners in Recent Months

TORONTO (July 2, 2024) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labour law practice representing management, is further strengthening its burgeoning Canadian presence with the addition of Gerald Griffiths as a partner, along with four associates, to its Toronto office. Griffiths and associates Kemi Faneye and Natalie Nicholson join from Sherrard Kuzz, while associate Micah Fysh joins from Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti. Rounding out the arrival of the new team is David McIsaac, who is transitioning from an articling student to associate. These latest additions come on the heels of three new partners joining in Toronto in recent months: Matthew Badrov, Shana French and Stephen Shore.

Griffiths advises employers, particularly multi-national and multi-jurisdictional entities, on a wide range of employment and labour law matters. He regularly navigates clients through civil litigation disputes, collective bargaining and agreement administration, employment contracts, hiring practices, grievance arbitration, human rights and accommodation, and workplace investigations, among other areas.

Griffiths is a highly sought after speaker throughout Canada on numerous employment and labour law topics related to his practice. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association and Ontario Bar Association. Griffiths received his LLB from the University of Ottawa and his BCom from Queen’s University.

Faneye, Fysh and Nicholson represent clients in various employment-related disputes, with a particular emphasis on conducting workplace investigations. Faneye earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and her B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University; Fysh earned his J.D. from the University of Ottawa and his B.A. from McGill University; and Nicholson received her J.D., honours, and BCom from Queen’s University. McIssac earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, his master’s from the University of Toronto and his BCom from York University.
