Perspectiva General

Rachel Borgel counsels and represents employers in a broad range of employment matters, with a particular interest in class actions, wage and hour, and discrimination/harassment.

During law school, Rachel externed with the EEOC Atlanta Office's Litigation Division as well as with the State of Georgia's Office of the Attorney General's Government Services and Employment Division. She was a member of Georgia State University College of Law's Moot Court Board and competed in the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition. Additionally, as graduate research assistant to Professor Charlotte Alexander, Rachel assisted with editing chapters of the casebook Employment Law: Private Ordering and Its Limitations, Fifth Edition.
