In her practice, Puneet Dhaliwal advises and counsels clients throughout the entire employment lifecycle, from onboarding to termination. Puneet regularly represents clients in litigation involving complex causes of action, with a particular focus on breach of noncompetition, trade secret, and confidentiality agreements. She has successfully defended employers in cases involving breach of contract, discrimination and harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and wrongful termination. Puneet has represented local, statewide, and national employers in proceedings before state and federal courts, state and federal agencies, arbitration panels, and at mediation.

Puneet also provides legal counsel on key HR processes, including hiring, benefits administration, accommodations, leaves of absence, discrimination and harassment allegation management, employee investigations, performance issues, separation, and restructuring initiatives. She is specifically experienced in assisting with separation and restructuring initiatives, as well as ensuring clients' proprietary data is protected through noncompetition and confidentiality agreements.

Before joining Littler, Puneet gained valuable experience at a renowned Boston-based litigation firm, where she represented clients in noncompetition and trade secret disputes at the federal level. She also prepared agreements to help clients secure their proprietary data, ensuring robust protection of their valuable information.
