Dominique F. Saint-Fort's practice spans a wide range of employment law issues, including workplace discrimination based on a variety of protected classifications, hostile work environment, wage and hour, and first amendment retaliation claims. As an employment law litigator, Dominique has extensive experience in motion practice, taking and defending depositions, conducting discovery, and handling mediations. Additionally, she has successfully defended clients in state, federal, and administrative trials, and has negotiated and executed numerous settlements.

Prior to joining Littler, Dominique was with the New York City Law Department, Office of the Corporation Counsel, as senior counsel in the Labor and Employment Division. In that capacity, she served as the lead attorney in defending the City of New York and its agencies in litigation arising out the City’s role as an employer of approximately a quarter-million workers, in state and federal court.

Following law school, Dominique clerked for the Hon. Sheila Abdus-Salaam, former associate judge of the New York State Court of Appeals, New York State’s highest court.
