Elisabetta Rebagliati joined Littler in Milan in 2023, following more than a decade of experience in primary Italian law firms.
She focuses her practice on all aspects of Italian employment law with a concentration in litigation before Italian courts regarding individual and collective dismissals, individual relocations or business transfers, and compensation for damages in cases of wrongful assignment of category or status. She also assists clients in extra-judicial matters, including drafting employment contracts or other collaboration agreements, noncompete covenants, disciplinary proceedings and mutual termination agreements, and individual and collective dismissals.
After completing her law degree and various international university experiences and internships abroad, Elisabetta was admitted to the bar in 2013. In 2022, she passed the advanced course in labor law, trade unions and social security organized by AGI (the association for Italian labor law attorneys).
