Perspectiva General

Valentina Wilson focuses her practice on advising and representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. She has represented clients in wage and hour class action and PAGA lawsuits. Valentina has also represented clients in actions brought under Title VII and California’s Fair and Employment and Housing Act, including claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.  

During law school, Valentina was a judicial extern for Presiding Justice Barbara J.R. Jones of the California Court of Appeal, First District, Division Five and was a summer associate at Littler. She was a comments editor for the University of San Francisco Law Review and an active member of Latinx Law Student Association. Valentina received a Labor and Employment Law Certificate as curricular concentration.
