She has successfully defended clients in all aspects of the litigation process and has achieved favorable outcomes in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Departments of Labor, and Offices of Human Rights. Her practice resides in the Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas, where she has represented clients with local, national, and international workforces.
Tiffany has substantial experience in counseling management and human resource professionals, which includes regularly advising employers on best practices to avoid potential litigation. In this regard, she has extensive experience advising employers and defending litigation involving issues such as:

- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
