Tanya van Nieuwstadt is a seasoned employment lawyer with particular experience in complex employment matters such as business restructures, bonus disputes, senior level hires and (collective) dismissals. In addition, Tanya is a deep knowledge in relation to the legal framework and guidance of sick employees.
Tanya regularly lectures at various employment law seminars and webinars. She teaches postgraduate courses on a wide variety of employment law related topics.
Prior to joining CLINT I Littler, Tanya worked with Van Doorne and DLA Piper.
