Antonio Pedrajas is Managing Partner of Abdón Pedrajas Littler, where he has developed his career as a labor lawyer since 2001. He regularly advises national and multinational employers in judicial and nonjudicial matters, and his clients represent a wide range of sectors, including banking, insurance, energy, distribution, tourism, services, media, and new technologies.

Antonio has extensive experience in the design and implementation of documents related to reorganizations or business restructuring, collective dismissals, negotiation of collective agreements, and substantial modifications of working conditions. He also provides labor-related advice to senior managers and professional athletes. He has directed hundreds of judicial proceedings, including before the Spanish National Court and the Supreme Court of Spain.

Antonio is recognized for his work in the field of Spanish Employment and Labour Law by leading international legal guides, including Chambers, Legal 500, Leaders League, Iberian Lawyers and Best Lawyers International.

He combines his professional legal practice with teaching, and is a professor of labor law at the Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF) in Madrid. Prior to joining Abdón Pedrajas Littler, Antonio was a labor lawyer with Deloitte Spain.
