Chad D. Greeson

Chad Greeson has over 10 years of experience litigating cases in California state and federal courts. His practice focuses on the defense of employers facing discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace injuries, wage and hour issues, unfair competition and trade secrets, and other labor and employment matters.    

Chad provides advice and counsel to employers on labor and employment issues and works proactively with employers to ensure that all work-related policies and procedures comply with California and federal laws. He has second chaired two trials to defense verdicts in California state courts.

Chad brings years of legal technology experience to the firm. He enjoys helping clients use existing legal technologies to better manage case-related information at every step of the litigation process, from the anticipation of a claim to presentation at trial.
