Katie Bosbyshell

Katie Bosbyshell is a member of the Littler CaseSmart^® team and is based in Colorado. She is responsible for early case evaluation (ECE). At the outset of each single plaintiff employment litigation matter, she identifies and reviews pertinent documents, interviews relevant witnesses, and drafts ECE reports. In keeping with each client’s litigation philosophy, Katie partners with the local Littler litigation team and assists in developing and executing strategies for effectively handling litigation.

Previously, Katie represented and advised employers in all aspects of employment-related issues including wage and hour laws, leaves of absence, harassment and discrimination, accommodations, onboarding and terminations. She provided clients with tools to avoid disputes, such as employee handbooks, policies, agreements and training. Katie also has done extensive work in the areas of noncompetition law and trade secrets law.

She also has extensive experience litigating labor and employment-related lawsuits. She has successfully practiced in front of federal and state courts as well as federal and state agencies. Katie has achieved successful results through arbitration and private mediation.
