With offices already established in Charlotte, N.C.; Columbia, S.C.; Atlanta, Ga.; Mobile, Ala.; and Miami, Fla., adding a location in Orlando enhances the firm's ability to serve clients in the Southeast region.

Carlos Burruezo is an experienced trial lawyer, having tried a variety of discrimination claims under federal and state law including race, age, disability, religion and gender discrimination cases as well as lawsuits involving sexual harassment, retaliation and Family and Medical Leave Act claims. His practice includes proceedings before federal and state administrative agencies, and federal and state trial and appellate courts. In addition, he is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Burruezo earned his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School, and his bachelor of science degree from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications.
Anthony Hall is an experienced trial lawyer, having tried discrimination claims under federal and state law including race, age, disability, religion and gender discrimination cases as well as retaliation and whistleblower claims. He also has extensive appellate experience, having argued before the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Florida Supreme Court and several Florida District Courts of Appeal. Hall earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law and his bachelor of arts degree from Morris Brown College.
Desiree Hill-Henderson is experienced in the representation of management in cases involving employment discrimination and counseling employers in day-to-day employment issues that arise. She also assists employers in developing workplace policies and procedures. She earned her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and her bachelor of arts degree from Loyola University.
Jeffrey Jones is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled more than 30 jury trials. In addition, his practice includes the representation of management in cases involving federal and state law claims of alleged discrimination, harassment, retaliation or differential treatment. He has extensive experience in handling proceedings before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Jones earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law, and his bachelor of science degree from Florida State University.
Juan Lopez-Campillo represents management in all areas of labor and employment law. While in law school, he served on the executive boards of the St. Thomas Law Review and St. Thomas Moot Court Board. He later earned his L.L.M. in labor and employment law from Georgetown University Law Center. In 2003, Lopez-Campillo was appointed by Governor Jeb Bush to serve as a member of Florida's 18th Judicial Circuit Nominating Commission. His experience also includes serving as a judicial intern with the Honorable Joseph Nesbitt of Florida's Third District Court of Appeal, and serving as a legislative intern in the U.S. House of Representatives for Congresswoman Iliana Ros-Lehtinen of Florida. Lopez-Campillo earned his Juris Doctor from St Thomas University School of Law and his bachelor of science degree from Florida International University.
Janine Toner represents management in all areas of labor and employment law. While in law school, she was a member of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. She earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from University of Florida College of Law and her bachelor of arts, with high honors, from University of Florida.
