SAN FRANCISCO, CA (April 1, 2014) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has been selected as the Client Choice Firm of the Year for the USA by the International Law Office (ILO) and Lexology in the annual Client Choice Awards. The accolade is bestowed on firms that stand apart for the excellent client care they provide, as well as the quality of their service. Additionally, three Littler attorneys were selected as the Client Choice individual winners in the Employment & Labor categories for their respective states: John Fish (California), Adam Forman (Massachusetts) and Douglas Parker (Alaska).
“It is an honor to have the firm recognized for exceptional client service,” said Thomas Bender and Jeremy Roth, co-managing directors of the firm, in a joint statement. “In today’s increasingly competitive marketplace, providing our clients with first-rate service is—and remains—our utmost priority. We congratulate John, Adam and Doug for their hard work in upholding our commitment to providing our clients with the best legal representation and look forward to their continued career achievements.”
Winners of the Client Choice Awards were selected through a survey administered exclusively to senior corporate counsel, with this year’s winners chosen from more than 2,000 individual client assessments. Firms and partners were assessed on the following client service criteria: quality of legal advice, value for money, commercial awareness, effective communication, billing transparency, tailored fee structures, response time, sharing of expertise and use of technology. The complete list of winners is available in the Client Choice Guide 2014 and fully searchable online.
