SAN FRANCISCO (October 7, 2024) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is pleased to announce the addition of Amit Shah as the firm’s Chief Digital Innovation Officer (CDIO). He joins Littler from Excelitas Technologies, where he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Information Technology.
As CDIO, Shah will shape and drive the firm’s digital transformation strategy, helping Littler remain at the forefront of innovation while developing and managing all aspects of the firm’s technology systems, including infrastructure, applications, data governance and storage, and security services.

Shah will work closely with Littler’s leadership team to align technology systems with the firm’s strategic goals and clients’ needs. In this role, he will also help develop strategic priorities and guide the implementation of Littler’s technology plan, technology training programs, system improvements, and other large-scale technology projects.

Shah has nearly 30 years of experience, including managing technology systems at Fortune 500 companies and designing long-term digital strategies to modernize operations, enhance cybersecurity, and advance business goals. His background also includes overseeing sophisticated technology platforms, complex networks of enterprise applications vendors, and large global technology teams. Shah also has experience in AI and machine learning, including incorporating AI into existing tools and products.
Shah received an M.B.A. from the University of California, Davis and a B.S. from Dharamsinh Desai Institute of Technology at Gujarat University.
