The program Workplace Negotiations and Collective Bargaining in Costa Rica is designed to expose participants to various schools of thoughts in workplace negotiation. Participants are empowered to apply those strategies, skills and techniques that are most suited to their style and local situation.

The program will be taught by expert practitioners from Latin American and the United States. The program will be primarily in Spanish with some English Language modules simultaneously translated into Spanish.
