Littler’s fourth European Employer Conference will provide employers with an insightful examination of the most significant legal developments and trends impacting European workplaces and bring together change makers, legal influencers, and thought leaders in labor and employment law.

The theme for this year's event is ‘EnvisionWork’, where we will address how employers can build the foundations of compliant, thriving, innovative and inclusive workplaces when the rules and goals are in continuous motion, based on insight into now and informed imagination to envision what’s next.

Speakers will include representatives from the most influential industry-leading companies and will explore; how to lead an internal investigation, high performance and mental health, the globalisation of unions, managing a PR crisis, trends and dynamics of recent European elections, IE&D and AI.

We are delighted to announce that Michiel Vos, a renowned Dutch-American TV and Radio Correspondent, and Peter Mattsson, Global Performance Director at Red Bull, will join us as our keynote speakers.
