Debra Baker currently manages the San Jose office of Littler Global. Ms. Baker began her career in business immigration law in 1989 with Hewlett-Packard Company where she spent 5 years as a Corporate Immigration Specialist. In this capacity, she focused her efforts on all aspects of business immigration from a corporate perspective which provided her with a unique insight into the specific needs of the corporate environment. After completing her JD at Santa Clara University, Ms. Baker joined the business immigration law firm San Francisco-based Jackson & Hertogs. In 1999, she formed Won-Chung & Baker LLP, with a focus on providing premiere business immigration services to Silicon Valley corporations. In January 2001, Ms. Baker formed Baker Law Corporation (BLC) and became CEO and Managing Attorney. She has been instrumental in strategizing and developing new immigration processes and policies for corporate clients, and she has recognized the importance of technology and education as a major focus of the firms practice. In addition to her immigration expertise, Ms. Baker has always brought the latest technology advancements to bear in providing her clients with the best automated processing of their cases.
