Christopher Kaczmarek advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters. Mr. Kaczmarek’s areas of emphasis include wage and hour issues, wrongful discharge litigation, and the creation and successful implementation of effective personnel policies and employment agreements. Before joining Littler Mendelson in November 2005, Mr. Kaczmarek practiced labor and employment law at Goodwin Procter LLP. Mr. Kaczmarek received his J.D. from Boston College Law School, magna cum laude, and a B.A. from Syracuse University, cum laude. Mr. Kaczmarek is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire, as well as in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Mr. Kaczmarek previously clerked for the Honorable Paul J. Barbadoro, U.S. District Court Judge for the District of New Hampshire.
