In an article on the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s second whistleblower award, Littler’s Gregory Keating discusses the potential for additional and larger awards to arrive soon. He notes that although the award appeared relatively small, it should nonetheless fuel an already active plaintiffs’ bar and that the whistleblower program is currently sitting on more than $450 million in funding.
