A veteran National Labor Relations Board staff attorney, Mr. Scott moves to Littler from Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP, where he formerly served as the leader of the labor and employment practice group. Mr. Scott is particularly well known for his tenacious representation of employers dealing with union issues. He also specializes in preventive counseling and education and has been quite successful with dismissal of cases through summary judgment and winning cases through arbitration and trial.
