“We are pleased to once again be recognized by Vault as the top labor and employment law firm, as well as among the leading firms for diversity and innovation,” said Tom Bender and Jeremy Roth, co-managing directors of Littler, in a joint statement. “At Littler, our mission is to foster a work environment of inclusion, respect, trust and collaboration while providing high quality and innovative legal services to clients. We believe that a culture that prioritizes inclusivity leads to better outcomes for both us and our clients.”
The Vault Law 100 ranking is based on scores from nearly 20,000 law firm associates surveyed earlier this year, who were asked to rate law firms on a scale of 1 to 10 based on prestige. The Vault diversity rankings are based on associate perceptions of how firms create, maintain and foster diverse workplaces.
