Littler Mendelson Welcomes Shareholder Julie A. Dunne

New Addition Strengthens Firm's Retail Industry and Class Action Experience

San Francisco, CA/ Jan. 8, 2008 -- Littler Mendelson, the nation's largest labor and employment law firm representing management, continues its expansion with the addition of the firm's newest Shareholder, Julie A. Dunne, to Littler's San Diego office.

Dunne comes to Littler from the San Diego office of Sheppard Mullin, where she defended employers and management in an extensive range of employment-related matters including: wage and hour class actions, wage and hour audits, discrimination, harassment and wrongful termination in violation of public policy claim, and ADA access lawsuits.

Dunne is Chair of the National Retail Federation's Committee on Employment Law's Wage and Hour Subcommittee. She is the former Co-Chair of the San Diego County Bar Association's Labor and Employment Law Section.

Dunne earned her bachelor of arts from the University of Michigan in 1989, and her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1992. She is admitted to practice in California.
