Littler Expands Ranks with the Addition of Shareholder Malcolm J. Ingram in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (March 3, 2025) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Malcolm J. Ingram as a shareholder in its Philadelphia office. Ingram joins from Greenberg Traurig and focuses his practice on employment litigation.

“With experience managing a wide range of complex litigation matters for employers, Malcolm is a terrific addition to our deep bench of litigators advising on labor and employment matters across the country,” said Erin Webber, Littler’s managing director and president. “Malcolm’s focus on counseling clients on workplace issues to minimize the risk of litigation, as well as developing creative and winning strategies when litigation does arise, fit perfectly with our approach to client service and we are thrilled to add him to the team.”

Ingram advises employers through all phases of litigation and dispute resolution before federal courts, state courts, and administrative agencies. He has defended clients against an array of employment law matters, including discrimination and harassment claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act, among others. Ingram also regularly handles litigation involving wage and hour claims and misappropriation of trade secrets.

“Malcolm brings a strong understanding of the myriad challenges today’s employers face and an ability to help employers navigate complex workplace issues,” said William Leahy, Littler’s Philadelphia office managing shareholder. “His legal skills and strong ties to the Philadelphia business and legal communities will benefit our clients in Pennsylvania and beyond.”

Ingram’s practice also includes conducting internal workplace investigations and advising clients on various matters that arise in the employer-employee relationship, including those relating to hiring, discipline and performance management, and leaves of absence and disability accommodation. He has represented clients in industries that span healthcare, franchising, manufacturing, staffing and nonprofits.

“I am proud to join Littler and its exceptional team of solution-oriented professionals, who are dedicated to providing best-in-class legal services to employers as they navigate an increasingly complex and changing employment landscape,” said Ingram. “I look forward to working alongside my new colleagues to provide strategic and tailored legal counsel to meet the business needs of our clients.”

Ingram received his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and his B.S., cum laude, from Philadelphia University. He is active in several community and professional organizations, including serving as a board member of the African American Chamber of Commerce of PA, NJ and DE; the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development; the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia; and the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia. Ingram is fluent in English and Spanish.
