FAYETTEVILLE, AR (April 3, 2015) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has added Brook A. Brewer to its Fayetteville, Arkansas office. An experienced employment litigator, Brewer joins the firm as of counsel. She was previously an attorney at the Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas.

“Her strong employment litigation background and knowledge of regional and national issues facing employers will serve our clients well and help us grow our practice in Arkansas,” added Eva Madison, Littler’s senior shareholder in the Fayetteville office.
Brewer has successfully represented clients before agencies including the Department of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and California state agencies, as well as state and federal courts in Arkansas and California.
Brewer’s representation of employers includes advice and defense of demands, administrative charges and lawsuits related to Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, wrongful termination and whistleblowing, among others. In addition to her litigation practice, Brewer has a particular expertise in California state law and its implications for employers.
A member of the American, Arkansas, Washington County and California Bar Associations, Brewer has contributed to publications such as the Arkansas Law Review and the Los Angeles and San Francisco Daily Journals.
Brewer has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for Employment & Labor in the Mid-South region from 2013–2014 and in the Northern California region in 2012. She served as the Executive Editor of the Arkansas Law Review while in law school and was named the Regional Winner and National Quarter-Finalist of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America Mock Trial Competition in 2006.
Brewer received her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Arkansas.
