Additionally, Littler is one of 17 firms that will be inducted into Working Mother’s inaugural Hall of Fame – a recognition for firms that have been on the list for 10 or more years.
The firm was also recognized for superior performance in the following categories: at least 50% of associates are women, at least 25% of equity partners are women and highest percentage of associates on part-time schedules.
Shareholders Margaret Parnell Hogan and Jennifer Youpa will lead Littler’s Women’s Leadership Initiative, which is focused on the development and retention of women leaders at every level of the firm.
