Littler Names New Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and Chief Business Development Officer

(April 10, 2025) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has named Jennifer Klein as the firm’s Chief Marketing & Communications Officer and Sarah Korth as Chief Business Development Officer. Klein and Korth, each of whom have been with the firm for 14 years, will continue to lead strategic initiatives and oversee the operations of Littler’s marketing and business development department in their respective areas.

Klein, formerly senior director of marketing communications, will oversee all marketing and internal and external communications efforts, while Korth will build on her work leading the execution of all business development and strategic sales initiatives.

With more than 30 years of marketing communications experience, Klein started her career on the agency side representing consumer brands and professional services organizations. In 2011, she moved to Littler where she began her in-house career. During her tenure at Littler, she has been responsible for significantly elevating the firm’s reputation and has implemented strategic marketing initiatives to support the firm’s business goals. In addition to brand and reputation management, Klein oversees the firm’s internal and external communications, public relations, digital and social media, website, events, and creative services teams.

With over two decades of business development experience, Korth has dedicated her career to driving growth and fostering long-term client relationships. She began her journey on the agency side, collaborating with B2B organizations to implement programs that significantly increased market share. Since joining Littler in 2011, Korth has been instrumental in establishing business development programs that deepen client relationships. Currently, she oversees the firm's business insights, client-listening, market strategy, opportunities, and client success teams, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach to business development.
Klein, who is based in Los Angeles, earned her B.A. in Communications from North Carolina State University. Korth, who is based in Atlanta, earned her B.A. in Communication Studies from the University of Texas at Austin.
