This article focuses on the NLRB and a complaint it filed against a Connecticut ambulance company that fired an employee for using her Facebook page to complain about her superviser, which elicited comments from co-workers.  According to Stefan Marculewicz, “The whole issue of social media is yet to be fully resolved.  What we are seeing is the NLRB doing a lot of publicity around its issuance of complaints and settlement of cases. There are no published decisions yet on social media, but they are taking a very active role in driving policy on the way companies behave through their prosecution and publicity of that prosecution.”  Marculewicz is quoted throughout the article.
