New NLRB Rule Requires Posting of Workers' Right to Organize

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) announced that, effective November 14, 2011, employers covered by the National Labor Relations Act will be required to post 11-by-17-inch notices spelling out employee rights to organize in the workplace. Stefan Marculewicz states that the rule "could be perceived as relatively benign," though he does think that the additional requirements by the NLRB to electronically circulate these rights are somewhat unclear, cautioning that it might create confusion.
