EEOC Disavows Ex-GC's Warnings About Abortion Travel

In a letter to Littler's Workplace Policy Institute, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said in recent letters its former general counsel sent employers warnings that the EEOC might sue if they provide assistance to workers seeking abortions that have no legal weight.
