This article explains the mindset of workplace bullies and how their actions negatively impact the overall productivity of the workplace. Garry Mathiason of Littler's San Francisco office explains how employers can reduce bullying and the positive outcome that will result from these actions. "There has to be encouragement of reporting problems, and there have to be alternative channels if you can't report it directly to your immediate supervisor because he or she is the problem," said Mathiason.
