Overview

William A. Llamas represents employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims in both state and federal court. William also advises employers with respect to unfair competition and trade secret agreement compliance.

William’s experience includes defending lawsuits related to violations of Title VII and the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). William also defends lawsuits involving issues of unpaid overtime, misclassification, off-the-clock work, meal and rest breaks, and other wage and hour matters. He also has experience investigating and defending matters before various administrative agencies, including the Equal Opportunity Commission (EEOC), California Civil Rights Department (CRD), and the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE). 

Prior to joining Littler, William worked for a national labor and employment firm. William earned his J.D. with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law from the University of San Diego School of Law. In law school, William also served as an articles editor for the San Diego International Law Journal.
