Tessa Gelbman serves as Knowledge Management Counsel for Littler’s EEO & Diversity Practice Group, for which she monitors case law, settlement agreements, legislative developments, and regulatory actions. As chair of Littler’s publications review committee, she is responsible for editing and managing various firm publications.
Before transitioning to the Knowledge Management department, she was an associate in Littler’s Washington, D.C. office, where she advised and litigated on behalf of management clients concerning a variety of matters, including alternative dispute resolution, employment discrimination and harassment, trade secret and non-competition disputes, and fair employment policies and practices.
