Shreya Mantrala defends employers in class action and single plaintiff wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation actions, as well as responding to charges brought before the New York State Division of Human Rights and the EEOC. Shreya works with clients on misclassification issues and audits before the Department of Labor, and on labor and employment issues that arise in the context of corporate transactions. She has handled unfair labor practice charges before the NLRB.
During law school, Shreya participated in the Transnational Worker Rights Clinic and provided pro bono services through the Texas Law Expunction Project, Gender Affirmation Project, and Asylum Workshop. She was involved with the Asian and Pacific American Law Student Association.
Prior to law school, she worked in labor and employee relations in Fort Worth, Texas.
