Overview

Sarah Sepasi is a highly skilled litigation attorney with more than 10 years of experience in matters related to employment law, as well as real estate.

She represents employers in single plaintiff, collective and class action employment matters, including discrimination, wage and hour, sexual harassment and wrongful termination cases, before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and in arbitration and mediation. Sarah is experienced defending private employers, management and closely held businesses in claims brought under FEHA, ADA, FMLA, and California Labor Code. She also counsels companies in these areas.

Before joining Littler, Sarah was counsel at two national labor and employment firms in Los Angeles, and later started her own practice where she served as outside general counsel to the California Restaurant Association.
